‘Enchanted Home’ blogger Tina Yaraghi asks $17M for castle estate

For all those who don't think there's any money in blogging, Tina Yaraghi is listing her LI mansion for eight digits.

A Long Island estate owned by “The Enchanted Home” blogger Tina Yaraghi has hit the market for $16.9 million.

Yaraghi — known for her entertaining/hostess skills and her penchant for blue and white designs — also founded the home goods division at Safavieh, the world-renowned furniture and rug company owned by her family since 1914.

The French chateau-style main residence, at 317 Mill Hill Road in Mill Neck, was built in 2011 and sits on 17.5 acres.

But the estate also boasts a separate two-bedroom, 2½-bath, 1,500-square-foot cottage, with a footprint that can expand to 14,000 square feet, on its own additional 7-acre lot.

The estate was designed by Michael Jay Wallin and built by Qualico Contracting Corp.

The main residence features reclaimed limestone floors, 12-foot ceilings on the main floor and 10-foot ceilings on the second floor.
