Five people were arrested after a group of protesters stormed a Burger King in New York on Monday night to protest the city’s COVID-19 vaccine mandates.
The mask-less protesters were filmed screaming at employees for refusing to serve them at the fast food restaurant in downtown Brooklyn around 7:30 p.m.
Cops said they were called in after the group repeatedly refused to leave.
The Big Apple’s vaccine mandate requires people to show proof of vaccination in order to eat indoors.
Mitchell Bosch, 41, who was one of the five people taken into custody at Burger King, has already been arrested twice this month during protests at a Cheesecake Factory and Applebee’s.
During the Burger King protest, Bosch was caught on camera urging other protesters to “hold the line.”
People were also filmed shouting “shame on you” at cops as a bunch of the protesters were handcuffed.
Others screamed that they weren’t criminals and had done nothing wrong.
Bosch and four others — Michael Mitchell, 36, Augusto Alarcon, 39, Ethan Boisvert, 41, and Bradford Solomon, 44 — were all charged with trespassing and remaining unlawfully inside the Burger King.
They were issued desk appearance tickets.
Bosch was among six people arrested on Dec. 14 for staging a sit-in inside a Cheesecake Factory in Queens.
In that incident, about 40 protesters stormed the restaurant inside the Queens Center mall and refused to show proof of vaccination.
They were all charged with criminal trespass.
The following day, Bosch returned to an Applebee’s in the same mall to protest the vaccine mandate.
He was charged with criminal trespass after refusing to leave the Applebee’s, police said.
Bosch was issued desk appearance tickets in both the Cheesecake Factory and Applebee’s ordeals.
