Antonio Brown speaks after crazy Buccaneers exit: ‘Big MAD’

Antonio Brown is “Big MAD,” but apparently not too upset.

After his time with the Buccaneers came to an end Sunday following a sideline meltdown in which he went shirtless and ran through the end zone on his way off the field, the 33-year-old wide receiver posted a picture of himself in a Buccaneers jersey on Instagram.

“Big MAD (Making A Difference) Thanks for the opportunity,” Brown captioned the post.

Though those words make it seem like everything ended peacefully, he was clearly miffed about something on the sideline during the Buccaneers’ win over the Jets. Despite his teammates’ pleas, Brown ditched his pads and jersey and then chucked his shirt into the stands at MetLife Stadium.

This came after Brown refused to return to the field when Bruce Arians asked him to, the coach told Fox Sports’ Jay Glazer. Arians said in his postgame press conference that Brown was “no longer a Buc.”
