An armed, mentally in poor health man was tasered and arrested after making an attempt to enter Metropolis Corridor on Monday, law-enforcement sources stated.
The suspect tried to enter the constructing’s western gate at Broadway and Murray Road in Downtown Manhattan with a device belt containing a hatchet and a hammer, in keeping with sources.
Metropolis Corridor personnel and NYPD officers responded to the scene, and the person voluntarily eliminated the device belt however continued to be aggressive and refused to adjust to orders, sources stated.

Police then tased the person, and he was positioned into custody with out additional incident. He was taken to Bellevue Hospital for analysis, sources stated.
Nobody was injured, sources added.
