Donald Trump’s lawyer says ruling in Prince Andrew case not applicable to niece’s suit

Donald Trump’s lawyer says a ruling within the sex-abuse case towards Prince Andrew can’t be utilized by the previous president’s niece as an argument in her unrelated inheritance battle.

Mary Trump is suing her ex-commander-in-chief uncle and different relations, contesting a settlement settlement she signed in 2001 over her inheritance and wanting extra dough.

The previous president is arguing that since his niece signed the pact, she doesn’t get one other chunk on the apple.

Then final week, a lawyer for Trump’s niece notified a choose a couple of current ruling in Virginia Roberts Giuffre’s civil case towards the royal.

However Donald Trump’s lawyer, James Kiley, mentioned in a brand new submitting that the instances aren’t analogous.
