French TV star Igor Bogdanoff, 72, dies of COVID just days after his twin Grichka

Igor Bogdanoff, the French TV star recognized for his eccentric persona and look, has died at 72. 

The tv presenter handed away simply days after his an identical twin, Grichka. The brothers are each reported to have succumbed to COVID-19.

“In peace and love, surrounded by his youngsters and his household, Igor Bogdanoff left for the sunshine on Monday January 3, 2022,” says an announcement launched by Bogdanoff’s household through his agent, the Solar reported. He's survived by his ex-wife, the author Amélie de Bourbon-Parme, and their six youngsters. 

Grichka was reportedly hospitalized on Dec. 18 after falling unwell with the novel coronavirus. He handed away Dec. 28.

He was antivax for himself,” Luc Ferry, a professor of philosophy and former Minister of Training and buddy of each brothers informed Le Monde. “Being very athletic, with no gram of fats, they believed that the vaccine was extra harmful. They by no means received sick.”

Neither the brothers’ vaccine standing nor their official reason for dying has been confirmed by the household.
