Looks like Nene Leakes has scored more than a new boyfriend heading into the new year — she’s also bagged a buyer for the longtime marital home she shared with late husband, Gregg Leakes, The Post can report.
After two massive price cuts and three months on the market, the 54-year-old former “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star’s opulent Georgia home went into contract on Dec. 28.
The two lived in the home for seven years.
Bravo’s beloved — albeit banished — queen of shade had slashed the price of her Duluth home, just outside Atlanta, by $505,000, after initially listing the manse for $4 million in September.
It was last listed for $3.495 million before finding a buyer.
Leakes put the home up for sale on Sept. 21, the same month Gregg passed away after a four-year battle with colon cancer.
This is considered the first home the couple purchased together, back in 2015, for a little over $2 million after she was slammed for renting several properties prior and a 2008 eviction.
Made up of five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the mansion required several years to be completed.
Spanning almost 10,000 square feet, the Mediterranean-style home “gives you West Coast vibes,” the listing states. It also comes with two chef’s kitchens, waterfall features and is accompanied by a full wraparound covered patio. The owner’s suite is complete with a fireplace, a free-standing tub and a his-and-hers double vanity.
The Mediterranean-style abode is set on a golf course lot with resort-style features. According to the listing, the main level has a walk-out pool with waterfall features accompanied by a full wraparound covered patio.
The gourmet kitchen features 10-foot-tall cabinetry, Viking appliances, marble countertops, an oversize island, and comes with a full second chef’s kitchen.
Nene has been open about needing to move on following her husband’s death.
“The last five days before his passing was really beautiful,” she revealed in a September interview. “All of his children were there. His best friends were there. Our closest friends were there. We all sat with him around the clock.
“We talked a lot, and we made peace with what was happening,” she added, reflecting on her 25-year relationship with Gregg.
She also revealed that he gave her his blessing regarding moving on with a new man.
“I will love Gregg forever & ever! Grieving is hard! Even harder & depressing alone,” the reality star told the Shade Room earlier this month. “Gregg and I had a very tearful conversation before his passing. His words to me were ‘be happy, keep smiling and he who finds you, has found a good one.’ ”
Nene and Gregg were married from 1997 to 2011, when they divorced, but they remarried in a Bravo special, “I Dream of Nene: The Wedding,” in 2013.
They shared one son, Brentt, 22, and both have children from previous relationships.
Most recently, Leakes took to social media to update fans about her new love life.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum shared snippets of a pre-Christmas date night with her fashion designer boyfriend Nyonisela Sioh on her Instagram Story on Dec. 23.
“Almost Christmas Eve. Having dinner with,” Leakes said in the video before panning the camera to Sioh.
Other clips included the pair enjoying lobster and cocktails and Leakes playfully poking her tongue out.
Their holiday date comes one week after confirming their relationship.
They were first spotted together when Sioh accompanied Leakes to her surprise 54th birthday party earlier this month.
