On Tuesday — a day after the Dolphins fired their former head coach in Flores — a brand new report stated he had an F-bomb-filled “meltdown” with the quarterback at one level this season.

Miami completed 9-8 this previous season after bouncing again from a dismal 1-7 begin. They missed the playoffs after a loss to the Titans in Week 17. The Dolphins beat the Patriots in Sunday’s season finale to complete the season above .500.  

Staff proprietor Stephen Ross stated Monday that he didn't see Flores as a “wholesome match” in Miami. That very same day, ESPN reported the Dolphins made the teaching transfer as a result of Flores relationships with common supervisor Chris Grier and Tagovailoa had “deteriorated to a reasonably unhealthy place.”

NFL Community reported Tuesday that Flores is scheduled to interview with the Bears, which fired their former head coach in Matt Nagy this week after posting a 6-11 document this season.

The Dolphins, in the meantime, have reportedly put in requests to interview Cowboys offensive coordinator Kellen Moore and Cardinals defensive coordinator Vance Joseph for his or her vacant head coach job.
