Wayne Stenehjem, North Dakota’s longest-serving attorney general, dead at 68

BISMARCK, N.D. — North Dakota Legal professional Common Wayne Stenehjem has died at age 68, his workplace introduced Friday, shortly after he was hospitalized for what his brother mentioned was an infected ulcer.

Stenehjem died about 6:20 p.m. at a Bismarck hospital, his spokeswoman Liz Brocker mentioned. She mentioned she couldn't present extra particulars.

Stenehjem’s brother, Allan, advised KFYR-TV that Stenehjem had been taken to a hospital Friday morning after a medical name to his dwelling.

Wayne Stenehjem had been North Dakota AG since 2001.
