Elderly Long Island man drowns after falling in pool while shoveling snow

An aged Suffolk County man drowned after he fell right into a swimming pool whereas shoveling snow on Saturday, police stated.

Officers from Southold City Police Division and Hearth Division responded to the person’s residence in Cutchogue round 8:30 a.m. 

Responders eliminated the unconscious man from the pool and carried out CPR, police instructed The Suffolk Instances.

The person, who has not but been recognized, was transported to Stony Brook Japanese Lengthy Island Hospital in Greenport the place he was pronounced useless.
