A Florida man was arrested Sunday after he allegedly approached and eliminated a lady’s 3-year-old baby from a purchasing cart at a Walmart parking zone in Naples, authorities stated.
The suspect, Enben Moodley, 40, is charged with baby abuse and false imprisonment, in keeping with the Collier County Sheriff’s Workplace.
In accordance with deputies, the kid’s mom stated she noticed Moodley yelling at cashiers and “inflicting a scene” inside the shop on Sunday. Staff instructed investigators that Moodley had slurred speech and appeared intoxicated.
