Paul Halloran — a participant for the USA Premier Hockey League (USPHL), a prime junior hockey league — is dealing with a lifetime ban for punching a referee within the face throughout the South Shore Kings’ recreation in opposition to the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Knights on Sunday.
