Israel Flores, 27, allegedly attacked Denise Caamano, 24, with a field cutter early Thursday inside a bed room within the residence at Arthur Avenue and East a hundred and eightieth Road in Crotona. He then turned the weapon on himself, cops stated.
Cops responded round 7 a.m. and located each Caamano and Flores with slash wounds to the throat.
Caamano was pronounced lifeless on scene, and Flores was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, the place he was listed in steady situation.
