An NYPD cop was busted this week after allegedly punching his ex-girlfriend earlier than stealing her cellphone, The Submit has realized.
Officer Anthony Garcia was arrested Wednesday and charged with theft, the NYPD confirmed.
Garcia, 24, was choosing up his issues from his former beau’s condominium on West 149th Road in Harlem after they began arguing about her calling his mother, police sources say.
He then allegedly hit her within the face and grabbed her cellphone, in keeping with the sources.
The girl, who can be a cop, tried to get her cellphone however Garcia advised her, “F–okay outta right here!” and walked out, dropping the cellphone within the hallway, sources mentioned.
