Purdue College police are reviewing a white cop’s actions after video emerged of him repeatedly punching a black scholar and pushing his head into the snow throughout an arrest.
Adonis Tuggle, 24, posted the footage captured Feb. 4 by a lady claiming to be his girlfriend, the Journal and Courier reported.
“Cease! You’re hurting me! You’ve been disrespectful the entire time, bro! You’re choking me!” he says within the viral clip recorded on the college in West Lafayette, Indiana.
College police Capt. Track Kang informed the information outlet that officers had been known as to the scene at about 8:20 p.m. by somebody who stated it appeared a lady was being held towards her will.
When Officer Jon Selke arrived, he separated Tuggle and the girl, however the scholar then refused to cooperate together with his orders, Kang stated, in response to the outlet.
