Weekend getaway: Biden heads to Delaware as war rages in Ukraine

President Biden was in a Delaware mind-set as invading Russian troops threatened to take management of Ukraine’s capital Saturday.

Biden’s public schedule issued by The White Home confirmed that the commander-in-chief would spend the weekend in Wilmington, as the most important warfare in Europe since 1945 entered its third day.

The president, 79, and First Girl Jill Biden, 70, had been photographed boarding a Marine One helicopter for the 100 mile jaunt residence on Friday.

Biden spent 28 % of his first 12 months as president in Delaware, drawing the ire of critics who declare his administration is just not clear about his actions away from Pennsylvania Avenue, The Submit reported.
