A 14-year-old Florida scholar was arrested final week after faculty staff discovered a “kill checklist” on the teenager’s cellphone, authorities stated.
College members at West Gate Okay-8 Faculty in Port St. Lucie notified deputies of the chilling checklist final Tuesday.
The scholar was charged with eight felony counts of written threats to kill, in accordance with St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Workplace.
As deputies searched the coed’s house for weapons, they found cocaine and drug paraphernalia allegedly belonging to the teenager’s mom, 40-year-old Brooke Lynne Hinkle.
Hinkle was charged with drug possession and baby neglect.
The teenager was taken to the Division of Juvenile Justice.
The mom was booked into the St. Lucie County Jail and held on a $6,250 bond.
