Bitter relations between Uganda and Rwanda had led to a three-year border closure by Kigali, that resulted in January.
Rwandan President Paul Kagame is internet hosting Ugandan military common Muhoozi Kainerugaba because the neighbours focus on mending bilateral relations.
The assembly was introduced in a press release by the Rwandan presidency on Monday.

Kainerugaba, the Ugandan commander of land forces, is the primary son of President Yoweri Museveni.
Museveni, who has been in energy since 1986, is an erstwhile mentor of Kagame; the Museveni’s profession started as a lieutenant within the Kagame’s Nationwide Resistance Military (NRA).
However in recent times, relations had soured between the duo, who each fought in Uganda’s bush warfare of 1981 to 1986, in addition to their international locations.

The go to came about weeks after Rwanda opened its borders, which had been shut for 3 years.
