Small fire breaks out in lobby of Whitney Museum

A “small hearth” broke out within the foyer of the Whitney Museum of American Artwork in Manhattan Thursday night time, the FDNY stated.

Firefighters responded to the Gansevoort Avenue museum simply earlier than 8:30 p.m. for experiences of sparking wires within the foyer, the division stated.

The hearth was rapidly extinguished and no accidents had been reported, in line with the FDNY.
