6 people injured — including 3 children — in series of shootings in Virginia

At the least six individuals have been injured — together with kids — in three shootings in Petersburg, Virginia on Friday night time, prompting native authorities to request Virginia State Police for help, in keeping with stories.

One grownup was struck within the first taking pictures behind a Wendy’s restaurant on Fort Mahone Road, Petersburg Police informed WRIC. About 10 minutes later, 4 individuals have been shot on Hilly Hill drive — together with three kids.

Later, one other grownup was shot on Boydton Plank Street.

In keeping with police, the three kids are believed to be round 12 to 13 years previous.

Petersburg, a metropolis of roughly 30,000 residents, is situated about 20 miles south of Richmond.
