Russia tells Ukrainian forces to surrender Azovstal plant by noon

Russia on Tuesday known as on Ukrainian forces and international fighters holed up within the Azovstal metallurgical plant within the Ukrainian port metropolis of Mariupol to put down their arms by midday Moscow time (0900 GMT) in the event that they wished to dwell.

Ukrainian forces are at the moment stationed within the Azovstal plant in Mariupol.
