Suburban NJ men charged with tying up, assaulting woman they met in bar

Three suburban New Jersey males tied up a lady they met in a bar and “repeatedly” sexually assaulted her, in keeping with the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s workplace.

The trio — Andrew Gallucci, Richard Gathy and Ronald Hondo, all 24 — met the alleged sufferer at a Manalapan bar on April 2, prosecutors stated.

Later that night time, they introduced her again to Gallucci’s home in upscale Marlboro, “the place they allegedly restrained her in opposition to her will in a bed room and repeatedly sexually assaulted her,” authorities stated.

All three have been arrested April 8 and detained within the Monmouth County Correctional Establishment.

“This was a disturbingly coordinated and predatory assault,” performing county prosecutor Lori Linskey stated. “We commend the braveness of the sufferer in coming ahead to report what occurred to her, and we sit up for bringing these accountable to justice.”

The three males have been arrested six days after the alleged assault and are detained within the Monmouth County Correctional Establishment.

The defendants resist 20 years on aggravated sexual assault costs, as much as 10 years on sexual assault costs and as much as 5 years on legal restraint costs. They’d even be topic to parole for all times and should register below Megan’s Regulation as intercourse offenders.

The prosecutor’s workplace declined to remark past the information launch. Attorneys representing the lads didn’t return messages.
