Jesse Tyler Ferguson of ‘Modern Family’ sells NYC spread for $1.4M

“Trendy Household” star Jesse Tyler Ferguson and his husband, Tony Award-winning producer Justin Mikita, have simply bought their Gramercy Park residence.

The 200 E. sixteenth St. co-op traded palms for $1.44 million, based on public information.

The sale comes as Ferguson advised Bravo’s Andy Cohen earlier this week that it is perhaps time — after the present’s standard run — for a “Trendy Household” spin-off. (The sequence, which received 22 Emmys, ended with Ferguson’s character, Mitch, and Eric Stonestreet’s Cam, shifting to Missouri.) 

Ferguson and Mikita relisted this house in January for $1.44 million — as they beforehand moved with their youngster into an even bigger two-bedroom residence in Chelsea.

That $3 million residence, at d’Orsay, is reportedly 1,402 sq. toes and comes with a personal elevator touchdown, an open chef’s kitchen and a terrace. It first listed for $1.49 million in 2018. Ferguson purchased it for $1.23 million in 2015.

At 900 sq. toes, this just-sold unit options 11-foot ceilings, units of French doorways and a main bedroom with double marble vanities within the ensuite rest room. The house’s open chef’s kitchen is the place the Emmy-nominated Ferguson created recipes for “Meals Between Buddies: A Cookbook,” which he co-authored.

The pre-war constructing comes with a fitness center, a laundry room and bike storage. 

The itemizing dealer was actor Sarah Saltzberg of Bohemia Realty Group.
