Madman threatens NYC straphangers with switchblade, threatens to cut man’s head off: NYPD

The NYPD launched subway surveillance video of a knife-wielding man who allegedly threatened straphangers over the weekend – telling one rider, “I’ll take your head off your f—–g neck!”

The horrifying incident unfolded round 3:30 p.m. Sunday on a southbound No. 6 subway within the East 77th Road and Lexington Avenue station on the Higher East Aspect, cops mentioned.

The armed suspect adopted a 35-year-old into the crowded automotive and have become irate because the practice left the station, holding a switchblade in plain view, cops mentioned.

“I’m not driving this practice pressed up towards this door,” the person with the knife yelled, as he repeatedly flicked the blade out and in within the sufferer’s route. “I’ll take your head off your f—–g neck.”

When the southbound practice arrived on the 68th Road/Lexington Avenue subway station, the suspect fled.
