Man shot and killed in Bronx apartment after answering knock at door

A person was shot and killed in a Bronx residence after answering a knock on the door on Monday night time, police and sources stated.

The 43-year-old sufferer was struck in his torso by a gunman who knocked on the door of the residence on Irwin Avenue close to West 234th Road in Kingsbridge simply earlier than 6 p.m., the NYPD and sources stated.
