NYC home of artist Bill Scharf sells for first time in 50 years

A Central Park West house that after housed an artist, pal and collaborator of the famed summary painter Mark Rothko is in contract after hitting the market in April for the primary time in 50 years.

“It was a magical place to develop up, surrounded by my father’s work, with Central Park feeling like the most important entrance yard on the earth,” mentioned Aaron Scharf.
