A Texas sheriff’s deputy was killed Wednesday after a crash with an 18-wheeler truck on a Houston-area freeway and one other was injured throughout an escort to the hospital, authorities mentioned.
Harris County Sheriff’s Deputy Robert Adam Howard, 27, died a short while after the incident on State Freeway 249 in a Houston suburb.
He was initially taken to a hospital in vital situation earlier than he died, authorities mentioned.
In the course of the escort of Howard to the hospital, a second deputy on a motorbike was injured throughout a crash as authorities have been blocking site visitors, Sheriff Ed Gonzalez mentioned.
