The redesign of the memorial wall was organized by a bunch of retired officers, in accordance with Inspector Amir Yakatally, commanding officer of the thirty second Precinct.

Rivera, 22, and Mora, 27, have been killed when a gunman ambushed them as they responded to a Jan. 21 home violence name on West one hundred and thirty fifth Avenue.
