An upscale Southern California waterfront neighborhood was evacuated Wednesday after a wildfire fanned by ocean winds burned no less than 20 properties, stories stated.
The blaze in Laguna Niguel was first reported round 2:45 p.m. and had engulfed about 200 acres by 6 p.m., authorities stated at a night press convention.
