A Bronx day care proprietor has been indicted on a number of expenses for allegedly sexually assaulting a boy below his care, prosecutors stated Monday.

Silfredo Castillo Martinez, 32, proprietor of Lina’s Backyard Day Care, which operated out of his residence, has additionally been accused of possessing a group of kid pornography and he was first charged for that offense final month, authorities stated.
