Chinese government to start paying citizens who report ‘security violations’

Chinese language residents can quickly receive money rewards of as much as $15,000 for sending tips on “safety violations” to the federal government.

Chinese language authorities officers introduced the coverage Tuesday, providing residents money rewards from 10,000-100,000 Yuan, or $1,500 to $15,000, relying on the worth of the tip.

Residents can even obtain “religious rewards” within the type of a certificates, Reuters reported.

“The formulation of the measures is conducive to completely mobilizing the passion of most people to help and help in nationwide safety work, broadly rallying the hearts, morale, knowledge and energy of the folks,” consultant for the Chinese language Ministry of State Safety stated.
