Four leases signed at One Battery Park Plaza

Nationwide Mutual Insurance coverage is transferring to One Battery Park Plaza from 7 World Commerce Heart.

4 leases totaling practically 94,000 sq. ft have been signed on the Rudin Household’s and Allianz Actual Property’s One Battery Park Plaza. The offers carry the 870,000 square-foot tower to 93 % leased.

Nationwide Mutual Insurance coverage Co. took 38,187 sq. ft by a 9,880 square-foot direct lease with Rudin and a 28,307 square-foot sublease with Liberty Mutual. The sublease will convert to direct when it expires in November 2025. Nationwide is transferring from 7 World Commerce Heart.

In one other transfer inside FiDi, legislation agency Cullen and Dykman will depart 44 Wall St. for 28,307 sq. ft at One Battery Park Plaza.  In the meantime, the Worldwide Refugee Help Undertaking is doubling its house on the tower with a 19,407 square-foot lease. And legislation agency Abrams, Gorelick, Friedman & Jacobson renewed on 7,775 sq. ft.

The offers carry the 870,000 square-foot tower to 93 % leased.
