Maureen Arthur, ‘How to Succeed in Business’ and Broadway star, dead at 88

Broadway icon Maureen Arthur has died. She was 88.

Arthur — who starred on display in addition to on stage as secretary Hedy La Rue in 1967’s “Learn how to Reach Enterprise With out Actually Making an attempt” — died on June 15 at her residence in Beverly Hills.

Her brother Gerald confirmed the information to The Hollywood Reporter on Monday and defined she died from pure causes, stemming from an extended battle with Alzheimer’s illness.

“I can’t overstate how essential she was to me,” her buddy Ilene Graff wrote on Fb yesterday, TheWrap reported.
