Sting’s former rental on NYC’s High Line hits the market for $18.95M

Sting and Trudie Styler have a watch for actual property — from their Sixteenth-century British lake home on 800 acres close to Stonehenge to their Tuscan property and their $65.7 million rental at 220 Central Park South.

Now their former rental — a floor-through duplex within the curvaceous Zaha Hadid constructing on the Excessive Line, which they rented since 2018 — has hit the marketplace for $18.95 million.

The beautiful residence, at 520 W. twenty eighth St., is 4,460 sq. ft and comes with a large, 2,040-square-foot wrap terrace.

A non-public elevator touchdown opens to a large entry gallery — excellent to showcase an artwork assortment — and results in an excellent room with a fire and partitions of glass.

Past is a wrap terrace, which has a gasoline hookup for an outside kitchen and views from the Excessive Line to Chelsea and the Empire State Constructing.
