Toddler discovered alone on Bronx corner is reunited with family

A toddler was reunited along with his household Tuesday morning — hours after he was found alone on a Bronx nook, cops stated. 

The boy, who seems to be about 2 years previous, was standing barefoot and crying on the nook of Randall and Olmstead avenues in Citadel Hill round 11 p.m. Monday when a passerby noticed him, police stated.  

The 29-year-old male witness referred to as police 911, and the boy was taken by EMS to Jacobi Medical Middle for an analysis. 

The tot didn't communicate however appeared to be in good well being, cops stated. 

Police launched a photograph of him early Tuesday and stated they have been on the lookout for the general public’s assist in figuring out him. 

Hours later, cops confirmed the boy’s household had reunited with him. 

It appeared the toddler merely opened a door and walked out of his dwelling, authorities stated. 

It’s unclear how far the toddler had wandered earlier than he was found.
