Brock Lesnar shocked followers Friday night time whereas showing at WWE Smackdown.
A number of stories indicated that Lesnar walked out of Smackdown after the information that Vince McMahon is retiring as CEO and chairman of the corporate. Now, it seems it was only a storyline.
The information was first reported by Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer; Sean Ross Sapp tweeted that he heard Lesnar was “pissed off.”
Reached by The Publish, a WWE spokesperson declined to touch upon the stories.
Responding to Alvarez, Saraya-Jade Bevis, who carried out in WWE as Paige and not too long ago left the corporate, tweeted, “If that is true, Michael Cole higher carry that up on commentary saying he let the WWE Universe down.”
This was a reference to when Sasha Banks and Naomi had artistic variations with WWE and walked out — and this was the way it was addressed by the TV broadcast.
McMahon retired from WWE after 40 years of working the corporate, after the board had been probing $12 million in “hush cash” funds to 4 completely different former staff with whom he had sexual relations.
