Former Rangers center Ryan Strome gets $25 million from Ducks in NHL free agency

After the Rangers changed Strome with former Carolina Hurricanes middle Vincent Trocheck, Strome landed with the Anaheim Geese on a five-year contract value a reported $25 million.

Strome, 29, performed components of 4 seasons with the Rangers after being traded by the Edmonton Oilers for Ryan Spooner. He had 54 factors, together with a career-high 21 targets, final season whereas centering the Artemi Panarin line. He then had 9 factors in 19 playoff video games whereas coping with a pelvic harm.

The Rangers signed Trocheck on Wednesday to a seven-year, $39.375 million contract.
