Is the EU’s Ukraine strategy working?

Hungary’s Viktor Orban says the European Union wants a brand new method in Ukraine.

In a speech in Romania, Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orban reiterated that his nation – which is a NATO member – will keep out of the struggle in neighbouring Ukraine.

Orban says the European Union wants a brand new technique – one which focuses on peace talks and negotiations.

Hungary’s economic system depends closely on Russia for its gasoline and Budapest doesn't wish to help embargoes on Russian vitality imports.

Orban says since Russia needs safety ensures, talks must be held between Washington and Moscow – not Ukraine.

However is the EU prone to change its coverage on the battle?
