NY AG postpones Donald Trump’s deposition following Ivana Trump’s death

The New York Legal professional Normal’s Workplace has agreed to postpone depositions for former President Donald Trump and children Ivanka and Don Jr. after Ivana Trump’s passing Thursday.

The Trump trio have been set to start giving their testimony Friday as a part of AG Letitia James’ probe into the Trump Group’s enterprise dealings.

However James’ workplace agreed to place off the sworn interviews following a request by the Trump members of the family after the previous president’s ex-wife, Ivana, died in her Manhattan house Thursday at 73.

“It is a short-term delay and the depositions can be rescheduled as quickly as attainable,” AG spokesperson Delaney Kempner stated in a press release. “We provide our condolences to the Trump household.”

Ivana was married to the actual property developer from 1977 to 1992, and was the mom of his three oldest kids, Don Jr., Ivanka and Eric.
