NY man accused of stealing bronze plaques from veterans’ headstones

An alleged grave ghoul has been charged with stealing 13 bronze veteran plaques from an upstate New York cemetery.  

Eric T. Logue, 42, was arrested Thursday and charged with grand larceny, cemetery desecration, drug possession and felony mischief, Wellsville police stated.

The plaques are affixed to the granite headstones of veterans, stating their navy department, rank, the warfare they fought in, and beginning and loss of life dates. They value $400 every and $150 to put in.
