NYC driver charged with homicide in Brooklyn crash that killed 65-year-old pedestrian

A Brooklyn driver was busted on Wednesday for allegedly working a crimson mild whereas dashing and fatally hanging a pedestrian on Memorial Day, cops stated.

Isidro Rodriguez, 36, was charged with manslaughter, criminally negligent murder, assault, and reckless driving in reference to the crash, based on police.

Rodriguez’s 2020 Cadillac SUV crashed right into a Hyundai Sonata at West 1st Road and Avenue P in Bensonhurst on the morning of Could, 30, police stated.

Rodriguez was arrested Wednesday.
