Westchester village official accused of harassing Hispanic neighbors

A longtime Mamaroneck official has made the American dream a nightmare for her Hispanic neighbors, with an “unrelenting” six-year marketing campaign of stalking, spitting, cursing and filming them, in response to a lawsuit.

Louise Dunaway, 75, a 30-year village court docket clerk; her husband Douglas, 76; and son, Michael, have an “agenda” to drive their neighbors out of Staub Court docket, a dead-end non-public road, in response to Manhattan Federal Court docket papers.

“I’m going to get my gun and kill your sp-c ass, and your spouse and new child youngster,” Michael Dunaway, 55, allegedly shouted in April 2018.

Michael Dunaway, who was arrested this week for violating an order of safety by dumping human urine on his neighbor’s property, has bodily accosted at the least two residents of the block, in response to police and the grievance filed by Jason and Ana Deleon and Walter Gehring and his Peruvian spouse, Ariela.

The youthful Dunaway spits on the Deleon and Gehring’s properties every day; throws canine poop, urine and rubbish on his neighbors’ heaps; shines neon lights of their home windows; data them as they enter or depart their properties, and “continually throws stones,” they cost in court docket papers.

The case will hopefully encourage others affected by discrimination, stated lawyer Brian Cohen, who reps the Deleons and Gehrings.

Douglas Dunaway stated he was unaware of the lawsuit and refused to remark. The Deleons and Gehrings are searching for unspecified damages.
