Bicyclist sought by cops after NYC collision leaves pedestrian dead

A bicyclist is needed by the NYPD for leaving the scene of a violent collision that left a pedestrian lifeless in Manhattan earlier this month.

Gavin Lee, 44, was crossing eighth Avenue on West twenty second Avenue in Chelsea when he was hit by a male bicyclist round 7 p.m. on Aug. 11, throwing each of them to the bottom, police mentioned Tuesday.

Following the crash, the bicyclist bought again on his trip and pedaled north on eighth Avenue, cops mentioned.

Lee, of Manhattan, was transported to Bellevue Hospital the place he died final Tuesday, in response to police.

Police described the bicyclist as roughly 25-years-old with brown wavy hair, with a tattoo on his proper forearm.

A photograph launched by police exhibits he was final seen carrying a yellow shirt, tan shorts and carrying a black bag.
