A baby tumbled out of a shifting automobile on a Houston freeway in a terrifying scene that was caught on video by one other driver.
The dashcam video, which was anonymously despatched to ABC13, exhibits a pink SUV start to make a proper flip onto a feeder highway on the I-69 Southwest Freeway at Hilcroft round 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
