Cristin Coleman, wife of ex-Giants pitcher Tim Lincecum, dead at 38

The San Francisco Giants introduced that Cristin Coleman, spouse of former pitcher Tim Lincecum, died earlier this summer season after a battle with most cancers.

Coleman was 38.

“The Giants had been extraordinarily saddened to be taught of the passing of Tim Lincecum’s spouse, Cristin Coleman,” the staff wrote on Twitter. “Our deepest condolences exit to Tim, Cristin’s household and all these whose lives she touched as a good friend and trainer.

“She was beloved by the Giants household and her caring and real spirit touched these of us who had been lucky sufficient to know her throughout her and Timmy’s years with us.”

In keeping with the San Mateo Every day Journal, Coleman, the principal of Washington Elementary Faculty in Burlingame, Calif., died “peacefully” on Jun. 27.

Her mother and father described her as a “bundle of affection, pleasure, fast wit and artistic vitality” and “the sunshine of our lives, a lovely human being who touched so many hearts” in a July obituary.

Giants officers solely not too long ago discovered that Coleman and Lincecum, the three-time World Collection champion, had married, in response to the San Francisco Chronicle.

Lincecum, 38, who has not formally retired regardless of not pitching within the majors since 2016, has not mentioned something publicly relating to Coleman’s dying.
