Two Sarasota County deputies shot and killed a housebreaking suspect who reduce one other deputy with a machete after breaking into a house.

A Florida man wielding a machete was shot useless by police after he allegedly broke into a house, crawled into mattress with the home-owner and wounded an officer on Thursday morning, officers stated.
