Republican Home Minority Chief Kevin McCarthy slammed New York Gov. Kathy Hochul on Thursday over her failure to dump “prosecutors that received’t uphold the regulation” — as he railed in opposition to the Huge Apple’s soft-on-crime insurance policies.
