A person was arrested for allegedly pepper spraying two younger ladies in an unprovoked assault on a Manhattan road Wednesday afternoon, police and sources stated.
The outrageous assault on the women, 7 and eight, occurred round 5 p.m. in entrance of 1348 Amsterdam Ave. in Harlem, in response to the NYPD.
The 26-year-old suspect, Christian Garcia, was busted a number of blocks away and later charged with assault, harassment and endangering the welfare of a kid, police and sources stated.
Garcia has 10 prior arrests, the sources added.
The older little one was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital and the youthful lady was handled on the scene, in response to authorities.
