US Navy sailor ‘lost overboard’ in Baltic Sea identified

A 19-year-old United States Navy sailor was pronounced misplaced overboard whereas working within the Baltic Sea.

Navy officers recognized the sailor as Seaman Recruit David L. Spearman who fell overboard the usArleigh Burke, a guided-missile destroyer, close to Helsinki, Finland, on Aug. 1.
