Hundreds of South Africans have joined a protest march organised by commerce unions.

They're annoyed by rising unemployment, growing meals and gas prices, and day by day energy outages.

Rallies have been staged throughout the nation, with the most important going down within the legislative capital, Cape City, and the manager capital, Pretoria.
